Change your thoughts, Change your experience..

What does this phrase mean to you?  Studies have shown that each of us thinks about 90,000 thoughts per day.  99% of our thoughts are the same ones we had yesterday, the day before, and so on.  Wow.  No wonder life can feel challenging at times.  You want to move forward, but are still thinking the same old thoughts!  Now that is a recipe for being forever in the same place, isn't it?

What are you thinking about your current work situation, your personal life relationships, or your health?  Ask yourself 'How happy am I  right now?  Then ask is ‘How are my thoughts affecting my current life circumstances?  And then ask ‘How happy do I want to be in my life?’  And then, 'What am I going to do about it?'

Participants explore these questions in Heal Your Life® workshops. Both workshops and personal coaching, are based on the best-selling book, You Can Heal Your Life, by Louise Hay.  Louise wrote this book in 1984. Since that time, the book has sold over 35 million copies and been translated into 25 languages.  People describe the material as ‘life-changing’.  A recent work shop participant said that she experienced some of the biggest ah-ha moments of her life!

In workshops, and again in personal coaching, we discuss and practice:

  • The nine points of Louise Hay’s philosophy
  • Meditation and visualization
  • Exercises to uncover AND release limiting beliefs
  • Learn what negative emotions are and how to deal with them
  • Actually do forgiveness work.  Wow!  You are the person who is then freed!
  • Create your new life story
  • Learn new ideas and tools to practice so that you actually do create great life results for yourself!  Feel your self confidence bloom!  Who would not love to have more self confidence??
